Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management. Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability.Goal and process orientated.Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly.Time management.Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience. Fluency in English : B2 level or above.
