The company is committed to supporting mission‑critical programs across the nation.Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Service Desk Technician located in Vicenza. The Service Desk Technician will provide technical support for desktop computers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform help desk support tasks. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT incidents, repairing computer systems, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations for end users.QualificationsProficiency in managing Desktop Computers and providing Technical Support in M365 environmentStrong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issuesExperience in Help Desk Support and Computer Repair for effective incident resolutionExcellent communication and problem‑solving abilitiesRelevant certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent are a plusProficiency in utilizing IT service management tools and systemsFamiliarity with government IT environments and best practices preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
