What You’ll Do
- Paid Social & Search: Own and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Build high-performing acquisition funnels for investment gold leads. Test creatives, audiences, and offers to drive lower CAC. Scale what works, rapidly kill what doesn’t.
- Analytics & Experimentation: Track performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention. Launch weekly experiments across channels and funnels. Use data to shape decisions, budgets, and growth direction.
- Market Insights: Understand what investors and jewelry segments care about. Feed insights to product teams to enhance the digital experience. Shape our brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition.
- Ads Mastery: Proven track record running Meta + Google Ads with measurable results.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with HubSpot, Hotjar, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar.
- Mindset: Analytical skills combined with a creative instinct for copywriting.
