Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative (On-site in Lisbon) Job Title: Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative (On-site in Lisbon) Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Attractive salary + Signing Bonus of €3,500 About the Company: We are a dynamic, global company that values customer satisfaction and service excellence. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Lisbon. If you enjoy helping others, have excellent communication skills, and are looking for a great opportunity in an international environment, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat for Italian-speaking customers. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Handle product-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through technical issues. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to offer relevant solutions. Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience. Document customer interactions in a CRM system, ensuring all issues and resolutions are tracked. Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).Requirements:Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software tools. A positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Signing Bonus of €3,500 paid upon joining.
