We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Program Management team within the Private Individuals area, specifically supporting the Mortgages, Protection and Distribution Channels Tribe. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in program coordination, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic and customer‑focused environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Program Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives within the Tribe Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders Help coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and communication across different teams and departments Contribute to the tracking of milestones, deliverables, and KPIs Participate in workshops Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making and continuous improvementCompetenciesCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus Interest in digital transformation, financial services, and digital banking Fluent in English Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new contentWhat We OfferA structured internship experience with mentorship and learning opportunities Exposure to strategic projects and cross‑functional teams A collaborative and inclusive work environment Opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives in the financial services sectorLocation Milan (hybrid) About ING ING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
