ResponsibilitiesOrder Management Excellence – Manage the full customer order lifecycle, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Multi-Channel Order Processing – Handle orders in SAP coming from EDI, Omprompt, and manual entry. Pricing and Adjustments – Execute discount adjustments and reprice orders as needed. Stock Coordination – Conduct stock checks, prioritize allocations, and manage customizations (SKU, quantity, delivery dates). Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot order issues such as dummy EDI entries or truck overcapacity. Required qualificationsExperience in logistics or customer service, with a strong focus on SAP-based order management. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively across teams. A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate SAP modules such as Order to Cash, APO, and Returns.
