L.t.e Toyota Material Handling Europe, is part of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), a multinational company active in 5 regions. Together with Toyota Material Handling International, North America, China and Japan, we pursue a shared objective: to optimize our customers' goods handling activities by providing high quality products under the TOYOTA, BT, RAYMOND and CESAB brands. The Ostellato (FE) plant, an integral part of the group, designs and produces lifting systems for our forklifts. The position is a very analytical position but with a practical approach. The activity will be carried out in the Ostellato plant, within the Process & Maintenance Engineering department, with particular focus on the production departments of assembly and automatic painting. Operational approach, combined with analytical skills will be the key for this selection. The employee will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Work on process standardization, collaborate with the Quality department to increase the quality of the finished product;
  • Study the production flow and operational methods.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and waste.
  • Collect and analyze production data.
  • Study, in collaboration with operational maintenance, countermeasures to problems and increase the efficiency of machines and systems;
  • Constantly interact with internal stakeholders, collaborate with other departments and other functions;
  • Propose and implement improvement actions (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen).
  • Reduce cycle times, waste and operating costs.
  • Use tools such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Ishikawa and FMEA.
  • Prepare reports and presentations;
#LTE The required profile has the following skills:
  • Preferable Bachelor's degree in a technical field and any specializations or Master's degrees;
  • Knowledge of mechanical drawing;
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel (use of formulas, creation of pivots, graphs,) and Powerpoint.
  • Preferable knowledge of CAD/PDM tools
A logical and analytical approach to data/KPI interpretation is required. Strong listening and mediation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Predisposition to planning, precision, proactivity complete the picture. #LTE Initial 12-month fixed-term contract and subsequent conversion to permanent contract. Daily working hours 08.00/17.00;
