* Digital & IT## About this vacancyAs a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:Business DevelopmentCreating and developing your own business unitDeveloping and managing your own client portfolioRecruitment Identifying and recruiting engineers who will join your teamCollaborating with the talent acquisition team to find the best talent for TMC People ManagementManaging your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching)Financial ManagementManaging the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals## What we expect from youMaster's degree in engineering, economics, and scientific disciplinesInterest in business, consulting, and people managementYou speak Italian and English fluentlyYou have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic, and can work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team, with a strong sense of challengeYou are an organized and proactive person both in commercial management and operational management## What you can expect from usThe position offers a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.
