Join our M&A team today*Location: Pero (MI)Reporting to**:** M&A ManagerJoin our team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through high-impact transactions in a global environment. **What You’ll Do** • Manage M&A projects, timelines, and resources.• Analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assess the financial risks and synergies of potential transactions.• Coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and internal teams. • Support negotiations and prepare executive-ready materials for executive leadership.• Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams in an international setting. **What We’re Looking For** • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related field. • Strong legal financial, fiscal analysis and valuation skills. • Project management skills across the full M&A lifecycle. • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. • 3+ years of M&A experience (advisory or in-house).
