And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.About The Role Our Process Intensification team, to be created with 6 team members within the Research & Innovation (R&I) department, will focus on achieving significant energy and CAPEX reductions through technical leadership, expertise in equipment design, and strong collaborations with internal engineering teams, plant operations, and external partners (academic institutions and technology providers).ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and develop innovative process intensification solutions.Design and improve critical process equipment for AO and related technologies.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to accelerate implementation.Ensure all projects comply with process safety standards and best practices.Drive innovation in heat integration, utilities consumption, and overall plant performance.About You Ph.D or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years in process equipment intensification focused on energy and CAPEX optimization.QualificationsStrong foundation in chemical engineering principles and equipment design.Proven experience in process intensification technologies.Solid project management skills with successful delivery of technical projects.BehaviorsExcellent collaboration and communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.Passion for innovation and sustainability in chemical process design.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.About The Pay Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 41,280 - € 64,000 per year in Italy. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
