Il nostro Cliente, un fondo di provate equity mid market, è alla ricerca di un Investment Manager da inserire nel team. La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team dinamico, contribuendo in prima persona all’origination, valutazione, esecuzione e successiva gestione delle operazioni di investimento.ResponsabilitàAnalisi e valutazione delle proposte di investimento, inclusa la produzione di summary dei nuovi deal, investment paper e modelli finanziari.Guidare i workstream della due diligence finanziaria (finanziaria, commerciale, legale, ecc.) in modo tempestivo, collaborando con advisor esterni e garantendo che tutte le informazioni rilevanti vengano identificate e incluse nei report.Gestire e coordinare la maggior parte delle attività lungo l’intero processo di deal, dalle trattative iniziali fino all’implementazione finale.Partecipare agli incontri con i management team e guidarne in parte lo svolgimento.Contribuire alla strategia del deal e alle negoziazioni insieme al senior management.Formazione & RequisitiLaurea magistrale in Finanza o Business Administration, conseguita presso una Business School o una facoltà di Ingegneria/Economia.4–7 anni di esperienza in private equity o investment banking, con comprovata track record di investimenti.Preferibile esperienza sul mercato italiano.Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e madrelingua italiana; altre lingue europee costituiscono un plus.Ottima padronanza degli strumenti Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), nonché di Bloomberg e FactSet.Spiccata capacità di comprensione dei trend di mercato, dei modelli di business e dei contesti competitivi.Attitudine proattiva e orientata agli obiettivi.Attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di stabilire le priorità.Spiccate capacità di lavoro in team e mentalità imprenditoriale, considerate requisiti fondamentali.Sede: MilanoSocietà di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.
