Descrizione aziendaIl Gruppo ANIMA, che si colloca tra i principali player di Asset Management in Italia, sta ricercando una figura junior da inserire nel team Value Added di Castello SGR.PosizioneIl team Value Added (area Investimenti) è alla ricerca di una figura di Analyst che si occuperà nello specifico di:Business plan, analisi regolamentare e di mercato, gestione rapporti con istituti bancariSupporto alle operazioni straordinarie quali prevalentemente, dismissioni del patrimonio, ristrutturazione del debito finanziario e non finanziario, liquidazione del veicoloInterfaccia con Investitori e/o Quotisti dei fondi in gestioneGestione dei rapporti con i service providers dei fondi in gestioneRedazione reportistica a quotisti, banche, stakeholders. Relazioni di gestione periodichePresentazioni per gli organi previsti dal processo di investimento (Comitati, CdA, Assemblee)Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affiniPregressa esperienzadi 2 anni maturata nel mondo Investment, SGR o contesti affiniCompetenza in attività di analisi finanziaria, gestione di business planning e piani di liquidazioneCapacità di gestione e negoziazione contratti e accordi commercialiOttima conoscenza della lingua Inglese, sia scritta che parlataOttima padronanza della Microsoft SuiteProattività e autonomia operativaOttima capacità di organizzazione e time management#J-18808-Ljbffr
