Our ambition is to shape the future of sustainable mobility through talent.ResponsibilitiesConfrontarsi proattivamente con i/il sales assegnati nella gestione commerciale del cliente.Contribuire alla creazione di una relazione proattiva con il cliente per supportarlo nella gestione operativa.Verificare la conformità degli ordini d’acquisto ricevuti e inoltrarli al reparto preposto.Utilizzare il CRM per la gestione dei case operativi derivanti da segnalazione diretta dei clienti.Elaborare e inserire modifiche contrattuali singole.In seguito, all’approvazione del funzionario commerciale di riferimento, contribuire all’invio al prospect e/o al cliente delle offerte derivanti dalle quotazioni, oltre a identificare e proporre proattivamente vetture stock al cliente finale.Confrontarsi proattivamente con il team gare nella gestione delle gare/car list assegnate.Contribuire al periodico e puntuale aggiornamento delle informazioni e dei dati connessi alla propria attività nei tool gestionali identificati dall’azienda.Confrontarsi proattivamente con i/il sales di riferimento e le risorse operative interne per garantire una gestione efficace del cliente finale.Garantire il rispetto delle procedure al fine di abbattere i rischi operativi e reputazionali derivanti dall’attività di vendita.Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio e proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.QualificationsDiploma o laurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o scientifiche.Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Powerpoint.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (rif. livello B2).Capacità di relazione e di gestione di diversi stakeholders (clienti interni ed esterni).Capacità organizzativa e di pianificazione.Problem solving.Orientamento al cliente.Why Ayvens?
