BIZ Courier & Logistics is looking to hire an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee and execute on operational flow at the 3PL Logistics Warehouse in Bolzano, Italy, as part of our milestone collaboration BIZ by Fercam ( BBF S.R.L).If you have strong warehouse coordination experience, are familiar with e-commerce fulfilment workflows and are ready to contribute to a growing operation at this location, this role is an excellent opportunity.ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and execution of inbound goodsSupport oversight of order processing, including picking, packing and dispatchMonitor staff readiness, coordinate daily routine tasks, schedule day-to-day activities, evaluate performance and provide reporting to higher managementMaintain warehouse organisation, safety and operational consistencyUse warehouse systems (WMS / ERP) to track performance, ensuring fast and accurate workflowsSeamlessly collaborate with Operations and Customer Support departments via tickets and callsCandidate ProfileTeam-oriented, structured, and consistent in workflow executionCompetent speaker of the English and Italian languagesProficient using computers and warehouse software (ERP / WMS), holder of a regular EU driving license (category B), knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory managementCompetent driving a ForkliftVocational or Higher education in a relevant field e.g. Logistics degreeWhat We OfferThorough training on systems and operational standardsOrganised environment with real career advancement opportunitiesBecome integrated into an international logistics operation, including more locations across the EUHighly competitive salary and micro-perksCoffee, snacks and restaurant available onsiteOnsite parking area#J-18808-Ljbffr
