Production Planner

After an initial training period aimed at gaining in-depth knowledge of the production cycles of the various departments, the role will collaborate synergistically with key company functions, including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Logistics. The role involves active participation in the planning and monitoring of production activities, with the goal of ensuring process efficiency, meeting deadlines, and continuously improving operational performance.Main ResponsibilitiesManagementandoptimizationof the production planning process Interfacewith the Quality Control Laboratory for scheduling tests on raw materials and finished products Collaborationwith the Purchasing Department for planning requirements and monitoring inventory levels Drafting production plansin synergy with the Sales and Operations teams. Verificationof feasibility and compliance with the timelines of released schedules. Managementof productionpriorities and urgencies, coordinating timelines up to release. Communicationwith Customer Service and Sales for updates and new planning. Process analysisthrough reports and KPIs Adjustmentof production schedules based on demand fluctuations Proposalsfor continuousimprovementof production flows and processes Monitoringof production progress in collaboration with internal and external departments Applicationof Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles and tracking of improvement project status.Requirements and ExperiencePrevious experiencein production planning, preferably in chemical-pharmaceutical companies Degreein Management Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry At least3-5 years of work experiencein the same role Excellentanalytical,organizationalandcommunication abilities Excellent knowledge ofEnglish(written and spoken) Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office, especiallyExcel Knowledge ofLean Manufacturing principles and Project Management Ability to work in a team,negotiation and critical thinkingas well as planning and organizational skills and result orientation Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environmentand ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Problem-solving attitude, strategic vision, and proactivity.What We OfferDynamic and innovative environment.
