And our teams are constantly pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo in pursuit of a brighter future.Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Associate, who will own our multi‑city business across Italy with the goal of quickly scaling BIRD’s operations across the region. This individual will oversee operations in Italy and quickly scale our business in the region, and in our cities. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, vehicle management, vehicle deployment strategy and field activities. The ideal candidate is action‑oriented, hands‑on, and driven by data‑informed decision‑making to enhance operational efficiency and rider experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a market strategy to drive ridership, revenue, and operational excellence.Continuously drive operational improvement through world‑class supply management.Partner cross‑functionally with other members of the Bird team to measure the impact and efficiency of our projects and experiments.Have the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying urgency and scope with minimal guidance.Effectively communicate with team and cross‑functional stakeholders through reporting and regular working group meetings.Be a hard‑working multitasker, supporting teams in multiple locations.
