Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting regional/zone marketing for Genomic Medicine by serving as the extension of the global marketing strategy, acting as the primary marketing contact in the region/zone, and leading the planning and execution of local events and tradeshows. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Marketing and is part of the Genomic medicine marketing team and will be fully remote. What You Will DoOwn and align marketing strategy for your zone with business goals and commercial objectives. Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and support Growth Room initiatives through ABM programs and events. Provide insights and feedback by collecting customer intelligence (VOC), competitive data, and field learnings to inform central teams and decision-making. Execute localized marketing initiatives (trade shows, events, workshops) and activate global strategies to fit regional needs. Measure and optimize impact by tracking marketing influence across the funnel and improving campaign effectiveness.Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field with min. 8 years of relevant experience in the industry, including at least 5 years of Sales or field marketing experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales teams and customers. Strong influencing skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams, sales partners, and stakeholders toward shared goals. Highly autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
