Digital Technology Transformation Salesforce Solution Architect Salary: EUR 70,000 - 90,000 Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Architect to join our growing Digital Technology team within a Digital Transformation context. The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that support business transformation and customer engagement. This role plays a critical part in leveraging the Salesforce platform—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom applications – to align technology with business objectives. We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, data modeling, and platform governance to lead strategic solution design and drive our CRM and Sales & Service roadmap forward. Key AccountabilitiesDesign scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom applications, ensuring they meet business needs and align with the overall strategy of the organization. Provide technical leadership, overseeing and guiding the Salesforce development team, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Manage the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring consistent, secure, and real‑time data flow across systems. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with development teams, technical product owners, project manager and other functions to ensure project success within timelines and budget. Oversee the configuration of Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements and potential customization if required. Optimize the performance and reliability of the Salesforce platform by implementing best practices, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs and requirements into effective, user‑friendly technical solutions. Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with company policies regarding security, data privacy, and governance, following Salesforce best practices. Provide ongoing training and technical support to internal teams, promoting the adoption and optimal use of Salesforce solutions within the organization. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and best practices, suggesting innovations and optimizations to continuously improve business processes.Qualifications (skills, Competencies, Experience)Deep Expertise in Salesforce Ecosystem: 10+ years of experience with core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), as well as declarative and programmatic capabilities of the platform. Architecture and Solution Design: Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and IT strategy. Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs (REST / SOAP), middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third‑party systems. Governance and Best Practices: Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset), and coding best practices. Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Leadership and Mentoring: Experience guiding development teams, reviewing code / architecture, and promoting Salesforce standards across the organization. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes. Agility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in Agile environments (incl. SAFe 6.0.) and adapting quickly to changing priorities and technologies. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economic Science, Statistic or similar. Fluent in English; any other EU languages would be an advantage. Office Location: Naples but there’s the alternative of working at our Milan office (We adopt hybrid model). Availability to travel.
