OverviewAt La DoubleJ you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, contributing with your ideas and creativity to the growth of the label.We are looking for a passionate and engaged Junior Sales Administration and Back office to join our Wholesale B2B Department in our Corporate offices in Milan. The role will support all aspects of the Wholesale business, including introduction to our systems and processes, along with all the sales and operational functions. Reporting to the Sales Director, the key responsibilities will include:ResponsibilitiesSupport the Team during RTW and HOME Sales CampaignEnter customer orders with 100% accuracy and maintain the sales tools updated: contact list/mapping/sales reports.Monitor retailers’ stock levels and performances on a regular basis and suggest swaps, reorders…Support the team with miscellaneous tasks or projects related to International SalesSkills & RequirementsMaster/bachelor’s degree in economics or managementFluency in Italian and EnglishProficiency in Excel and PowerPointTechnical literacy required: comfortable in approaching technical issues and discussing related solutions.Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment.Ability to multi-task effectivelyExceptional attention to detail and strong inclination to problem solvingExcellent time management and follow up skillsReliably proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results#J-18808-Ljbffr
