The intern will support the Europe & MEART Compliance Team in monitoring specific compliance programs in force at Regional level and performing activities required at HQ/Corporate level, strengthening and improving the processes and internal controls in place and supporting the execution of the key projects for the Compliance Program 2026.

The key compliance areas in which the Europe & Meart Compliance Intern will be actively involved are the following:

- Corporate liability, including Lgs. Decree n. 231/2001 (“Decree 231”);

- Anti-Corruption and Third-party Program;

- Antitrust;

- Export Control

- Data Protection.

The main responsibilities of the Europe & Meart Compliance Intern will be the following:

- Review and analysis of “Decree 231 relevant” information flows, interacting with different Business Departments;

- Due diligence activities on Third Parties at risk according to the Group Anti-bribery Management System;

Supporting in the drafting of Compliance Policies, Procedures and presentations; Support in executing relevant projects and tasks related to the Antitrust, Export Control and Data Protection Compliance Programs; Analysis, updating and implementing compliance and risk-management related internal controls.

Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Experience

Masters’ degree in Law with a significant interest in compliance matters; Previous experience on Compliance and Risk management issues is preferred; English Fluency is a must; Strong interest for business processes, internal controls and corporate governance; Demonstrate presentation, written and verbal communication skills; Attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
