Per importante cliente bancario, siamo alla ricerca di un / una IT Business Analyst - Banking Le principali attività si concretizzeranno in :Interazione con i referenti delle unità di business dell'azienda per il recepimento delle relative esigenze; Supervisione alla predisposizione dei Business Requirements, in collaborazione con referenti di Business;Realizzazione di documentazione tecnica-funzionalePianificazione attività e progetti; Supervisione e gestione delle attività di test, in particolare dei test di integrazione e dei test utente;Coordinare e gestire fornitori coinvolti nelle varie fasi di realizzazione (dalla progettazione tecnica, allo sviluppo e al test). Caratteristiche del profilo Le principali caratteristiche del profilo ricercato sono :Esperienza in ambito Finance; Propensione al lavoro in team;Conoscenza delle tematiche tecnico-funzionali front to back e / o di quelle multicanale Autonomia ed orientamento ai risultati. Rappresentano titolo preferenziale :Laurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche; Esperienze maturate in ambito sistemi di Finanza;Precedenti esperienze in ambito funzionale / organizzativo / processi Precedenti esperienze in ambito Bancario / ITConoscenza e / o interesse a tecniche e approcci Agili (tecniche Lean, Scrum, ecc);Il candidato deve possedere buone capacità di problem solving e flessibilità.
