About the Role
We are currently looking for a passionate Engineering Graduate who want to join us as Shift Operative Leader at our plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), for a parental leave substitution. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in Operations, where you will develop strong technical and leadership capabilities while contributing to the performance of one of our production plants.

About You:
You will bring your Master's Degree in Engineering , combined with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn about the manufacturing industry . You will contribute to the team's success through your understanding of production processes , as well as your interpersonal and leadership skills. Your willingness to embrace international mobility will be a valuable asset, together with your genuine passion and curiosity for the food industry. As an effective communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be essential to thrive in our international environment. Throughout this fix term assignment, you will work on a central day schedule , gaining hands-on experience and a solid understanding of our manufacturing environment. Any potential future opportunities within Operations may involve shift-based responsibilities, reflecting the nature of frontline leadership roles in Production.
