Role summaryA proactive Quality Control Coordinator with strong skills/experience in managing coordinating and administration of Quality Control activities and functions.Responsibilities:• Coordination of quality control and quality engineering activities.• Timely scheduling and allocation of inspector / QC Engineer attendance for specificquality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & finalinspection and testing.• Allocation of inspection personnel commensurate to relevant inspection / testactivities.• Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects withmultiple vendors / sub-contractors• Coordination of Quality Issue and Non-Conformance Report close outs• Preparation of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) indexes and assembly /compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR).• Checking of certification and reports for accuracy and completeness prior toinclusion within MRB / MDR.• Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report systemimprovements.• Provide system administration and data to support to Quality Control Manager asrequired.The Person:• Experienced in a Coordination / Administration within an Engineering / Manufacturingenvironment preferably in the Energy / Industrial Applications or similar industry.• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word,• Excellent communicator verbal and written (Italian and English)• Excellent team player• Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated• Confident and Assertive• Experience of working in a fast paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment• Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills• Ability use initiative and make decisions autonomously• Experience of working in a ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation)environment• Can do attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
