We are looking for a Leading Company in the Reatil Sector the Head of HR Italy.ResponsibilitiesMember of Italian Leadership TeamAct as a strategic HR advisor for Italy Managing Director, delivering integrated HR strategies across Sales, Retail and Head Office, aligned with the company’s omnichannel visionPartner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structure, and processes with a strong focus on EBITDAMonitor labour costs and key HR KPIs, and define action plans to optimize store coverage and team effectivenessDrive and support change management initiatives to empower people and the organization to reach their full potential and achieve operational excellenceLead key retail HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and cost optimizationOversee Performance & Talent Management processes, including compensation, reward systems, career development, and bonus schemesDesign and implement HR strategies specifically tailored to retail needs (e.g., career paths, role definition, retail mission, incentive schemes, contests, etc.) to boost performanceHold full responsibility for Talent Acquisition across all functions (retail and HQ), as well as the Employer Branding strategy in partnership with GlobalManage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, individual negotiations, and terminations shared with HR OperationsEnsure compliance with local labour regulations and manage HR-related risks, including full oversight of the HSE functionRequirements15 years of experience in HR Dept.
