The Engineer reports to the Project Leader, a Specialist or a Group Leader for the peculiarities of the project and to the Head of Department for man-hours and quality of the deliverables. According to the expertise and experience he/she is appointed to tasks with different technical complexity and requiring different levels of skill; he/she may coordinate other engineers and/or draftsmen.The duties of the Electrical Engineer are:guarantee the quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with the contractual and company standards, procedures and work instructions;attend to technical training as per department needs and exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Maire Tecnimont Group for new Design techniques;prepare technical specifications, data sheets, reports and design documents of electrical equipment and materials, perform sizing and verification calculation and manage the technical aspect of components and systems supply;provide support during factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site start-up when required;assist the Group Leader or Head of Department in ensuring the application and continuous update of department and company standards, procedures and work instructions;follow up on post-order activities of itemized equipment (HV/LV Switchgears, Power and Distribution Transformers, AC/DC UPS, etc.) by reviewing and commenting on Vendor Documents in line with project requirements;acquire and improve his knowledge and use of CAE tools.RequirementsThe candidate shall have +3 of experience minimum in Electrical Engineering within Oil & Gas, Energy or industrial projects.Personal Attributes:Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical EngineeringFluent English speaker and writerAvailability to travel for short/medium period in Italy and abroadHighly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive approach to challenges is a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
