She/He will manage the LCL import and export operations, from booking to delivery, in compliance with all company procedures. The role offers full‑time activity with flexible arrangements such as hybrid up to 60%, adjusted working hours, and other alternative patterns.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise booking, give quotations for LCL import and export, handle entries, complete Bill of Lading and sea freight documents.Supervise carrier booking transactions and follow billing.Maintain relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors.Offer assistance in resolving customer queries and issues, both in Italian and English.Process data and produce reports.QualificationsExperience in managing import/export operations is a plus.Good knowledge of MS Office.Good English and Italian command, both written and spoken.Good communication skills.Detail orientation and hands‑on approach.Problem‑solving skills, willingness to learn and highly responsible.LocationThe position is placed in Genoa or Milan (Italy).
