About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the Italian market. As a strategic sales professional, you will expand brand recognition, value, and lead sales efforts targeted at the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and a great experience.
  • Manage client accounts by monitoring needs, resolving issues, and recommending the best solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and client data to provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Control client budgets and negotiate terms when needed.
  • Develop customized strategies to maximize client success.
  • Create and update reports on account performance.
  • Introduce clients to new products and services.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in the same or similar positions.
  • Experience in consultative sales and in the software sector.
  • Client-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and dynamic.
  • High level of organization and self-learning ability.
  • Independent and motivated work ethic.
  • Problem-solving creativity with fast learning ability.
Languages:
  • Native Italian (required).
