Over the last 5 years the organization has been growing from a relatively small organization with 30 employees to a group of companies with over 200 employees, with AV Flexologic being the largest company in the group.We are looking for candidates, who are resilient and not afraid of a challenge. You pick up easily, work in an orderly manner and you are result-oriented. The customer is important therefore it is necessary that you are service oriented, but you can also be critical when this is necessary.Your duties include:• Installing mounting machines with a focus on Fully Automatic Plate Mounter 3.0 (FAMM 3.0)In order to perform this duty, we will arrange the required training to do so.• Service maintenance• Machine repairs• Updating and resolving service tickets• Project ManagementQualifications of job holder's position:• Fluent in Italian and English (other language skills such as Spanish, German or French preferred)• Technical degree (Mechanical or Electronics)• 0-5 yrs experience as a field engineer on electrical/mechanical machines, preferred combination of both• Analytical• Result oriented and hands-on• Taking initiative• Works independently• Coaching skills• Good communication skills• Flexibility• Willing to travel Internationally worldwide• Team playerWhat do we offer:• A pleasant and informal working atmosphere• Room for own initiative, independence and accountability• Competitive salary• 25 vacation days• 8% holiday pay• Good pension planFor questions about the position you can contact our HR department at:
