Scope: Full Time, Employed Model: Fully Onsite Salary: As per Industry Standards Location: Switzerland Main Responsibilities: Design Electrical Avionics systems and related Cabin systems Power generation, supply and distribution Communications systems Computer networks (Telephony, GSM, LAN/WLAN), Satellite communication, High-speed Data, Satellite TV, Inflight Entertainment Environmental control (air-conditioning, heating, humidification) Filtration and Air Quality Systems Cabin and Emergency Lighting Systems Modify & Commission and test of electrical/avionic systems on Transport Category Aircraft for cabin completion and modification projects Key Aspects: Systems & Technical Documentation: Develop system specifications, service definitions, technical drawings (layouts, block diagrams, wiring), and manage engineering changes Project & Compliance Support: Provide technical inputs for RFQs, orders, procurement; prepare compliance reports, qualification analyses, and certification‑related documents Cross‑functional & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, production, and airworthiness teams; coordinate with suppliers and test facilities; apply electrical schematic and wiring expertise to ensure accurate designs Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification in electrical or avionics engineering 5+ years of experience in a relevant aerospace engineering field Background in aviation or design engineering Proficiency with MS Office tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Practical experience using CAD software Strong communication skills in English Additional proficiency in German or French is an advantage
