La divisione Sales & Marketing di Randstad Professional, specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di Middle e Senior Management, per azienda operante nel settore distribuzione di prodotti e servizi per il settore Automotive ricerchiamo: SENIOR PROJECT & PRODUCT MANAGER La figura, riportando gerarchicamente al Board, avrà come responsabilità principali: Gestire un team di 3 Product Manager, affiancandoli operativamente nelle attività; Gestire il lancio e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti utilizzati nel settore automotive; Ricerca soluzioni innovative professionali in grado di rispondere a tutte le esigenze di manutenzione Auto, Moto e Truck; Definisce prezzo, strategia contrattuale, sviluppo costi stimati e budget, nonché contrattazione con nuovi fornitori; Supervisionare il corretto avanzamento dei vari progetti e garantire l’allineamento tecnico nel rispetto di standard qualitativi e certificazioni; Analisi dei competitors, dei trends di mercato nel settore Automotive, analisi delle preferenze dei consumatori; analisi di prodotto e mercato Data Driven. Training e formazione della forza vendita esterna sui nuovi prodotti; Collabora con la funzione Sales strategica e venditori specializzati sul territorio Italiano e con gli stakeholders esterni ( partner case automobilistiche, officine e concessionari). Colllabora nella gestione delle relazioni esterne all’azienda (Università, enti di ricerca, ecc.). SOFT SKILLS: Capacità di gestione e coordinamento di team di lavoro; Spiccate doti comunicative; Capacità relazionali; Adattamento e Flessibilità; Ottime capacità di analisi, autonomia organizzativa e dinamicità. REQUISITI: Possesso di Laurea o Master in materie scientifiche economiche. Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza nel settore distribuzione prodotti per il settore automotive Conoscenza delle comuni applicazioni MS Office, gestione PIM e Microsoft POWER BI avanzata Pregresse esperienze nel ruolo di Project Manager e Product Manager Ottima conoscenza della Lingua Inglese Sede di lavoro: Aprilia #J-18808-Ljbffr
