Project Leadership: Define, plan, and execute projects, seeing them through from conception to successful implementation. Customer-Centric Support: Work alongside our commercial team and provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring seamless product integration and addressing any challenges. Optimization & Quality Control: Establish product specifications and implement productivity, capacity, and quality improvements. Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements through research and networking, incorporating new materials, processes, and competitive insights into product development. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering Skills: Strong project management and analytical problem‑solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles. Languages: Professional‑level English and Italian Travel Availability: Willingness to travel internationally (20‑30%) to engage with customers and internal teams.
