During the Construction of Data Centre projects, the IT PM will be responsible for all services required for the successful delivery of the respective project.Kindly provide your CV in English.ResponsibilitiesSupporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectivesPositively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationshipsDelivering high-quality services and deliverables, ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.Identifying, documenting and managing the construction phasing deliverables of the above systems and related CSA and MEP deliverables.Managing and ensuring compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement ProcessReporting the progressManaging Telecom Installer and General Contractor complianceCoordinating the Client snagging, handover and issue close‑out processesCreating, updating and utilising an acceptance “smart form” for the acceptance of beneficial use spaces and systemsProviding scheduling input and guidance regarding proposed design solutions, change orders, optioneering and scheduling proposals that may affect or improve committed project milestones.Participating in the Change Management process and change justificationProviding input regarding proposed project phasing changes or delays, which may affect the project's committed deliverables and offer potential design solutions/phasing alternatives to mitigate the same.Coordinating the development of the security installation and approval of physical security guarding requirementsCoordinating and managing the timely procurementPerforming and recording regular site installation quality reviews and coordinating handover.Managing and owning the turnover‑to‑operations process per area or facility, depending on the project delivery schedule/model.Coordinating the facility's partial or complete lockdown process.Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.BenefitsOpportunities to develop and grow your careerEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAbout The CandidateWho we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills10+ years of professional experience in the systems integration field.Construction or on-site experience.Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Eligible to work in Italy.About The CompanyA world of opportunityGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
