Join us and discover your potential.Role And ResponsibilitiesYour Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the customer’s needs and technical requirements, performing demonstrative and applicative activities, and post-sales support as well, directly at the customer;Deliver application training on the whole HME line-up at the customer or at national/regional congresses;Support the customer remotely by providing help-desk service when needed;Support the customer by adapting the device settings according to the specific applicative needs, and by illustrating the features of product and application potential;Report on all activities delivered at the customer, providing insight on outcomes and possible improvements on process/product/application features.Skills And QualificationsWhat we need for this roleEducational Background: Bachelor, Master preferably in Biomedical or Computer Engineering.Professional Background: at least 2 years’ experience in Ultrasound Pre-Post Sales / Application Specialist roles or alternatively similar experience with other medical devices.Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tools.Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English.Travel required: 80% domestic transfers.
