OverviewSite Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor (m / f / d) – Milan, Lombardy, Italy. Full-time, on-site role with Hitachi Energy.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and inspect M&E installation works throughout the scope of delivery; report to the Civil Construction Manager and integrate with the Site Management team.Support engineering activities related to M&E with construction perspective, lessons learnt and best practices, ensuring constructability.Review M&E ITPs and ITRs, and all technical submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with design and specifications.Coordinate on-site M&E installation activities in alignment with the project delivery schedule to assure cost-effective execution in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.Support the Civil Construction Manager in creating detailed working plans with Sub-Contractors for M&E installation activities, including local resources, equipment, suppliers, and milestones.Ensure all documentation related to the M&E scope is revised and updated, using latest revisions for construction on site.Monitor and inspect M&E installation activities, ensuring required quality per standards and specifications.Lead or participate in site meetings related to the M&E scope with customers, subcontractors, and Hitachi Energy site personnel as required.Prepare and coordinate M&E related red-marked drawings with subcontractors and engineering teams.QualificationsBachelor’s or MSc degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Relevant on-site experience in industrial projects; experience in the energy sector is a plus.Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.Great communication skills; fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) to interact with stakeholders.What we offerWide range of benefits: health insurance, pension fund, welfare, etc.EEO and accessibility: Qualified individuals with a disability may request reasonable accommodations to access the Hitachi Energy career site or participate in the job application process.
