PRODUCT MARKETING DIRECTOR / FASHION LUXURY BRAND / ROMEOn behalf of our customer, an esteemed Fashion Luxury Brand, we are recruiting the following profile in Rome: Responsibilities: Support the top management in the definition of the portfolio marketing strategy for the main category, pricing position, target margin, and distribution channels. Supervise the product portfolio & product life cycle coordinating the Product Managers, and propose marketing and product plan corrective actions, if needed. Cooperate with Global Brand & Communication department to ensure the right communication plan. Cooperate with Central Merchandising and Supply Chain departments. Evaluate performance analysis on the market to identify business opportunities. Ensure team competences improvement as well as people growth and motivation. Guide the development of the Product Marketing brief according to the brand strategy and execution of the Product Development process with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience: 10+ years’ experience in similar roles in luxury brands. Product Marketing and Merchandising techniques. Fluent in English and Italian. IT applications (SAP/ERP, BW, MS Office). Leadership and team management. Customer orientation. Communication. Flexibility.
