Lavorerai nel team Corporate and M&A presso la nostra sede di Milano.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSarai coinvolto/a, con un crescente grado di autonomia, nelle attività di:Due diligence legale (analisi documenti e redazione due diligence report); Redazione e/o revisione di documentazione contrattuale e pre-contrattuale relativa al perfezionamento di operazioni di M&A (shares deals e assets deals) e assistenza nelle diverse fasi negoziali (inclusi signing e closing); Redazione e/o revisione di documentazione societaria (verbali, delibere etc.) da predisporsi nel contesto delle predette operazioni; Ricerche giuridiche e redazione di pareri su tematiche di diritto societario e commerciale. Our RequirementsRispondi al profilo che cerchiamo se sei un/a Avvocato/a con almeno un anno di esperienza post-abilitazione maturata in primari studi nazionali o internazionali in ambito M&A e diritto societario e hai un’eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese (è richiesto un livello C1).Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, ottime capacità di scrittura, precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e spiccata propensione commerciale completano il profilo.
