We commit to transparent strategy sharing and to constant training and support at every level, ensuring each team member is equipped to excel and innovate.Location & Work‑styleMilan – Hybrid (home & office).Key ResponsibilitiesConfiguration, implementation and maintenance of internal and customer‑facing IT systems and services.Advanced troubleshooting of level 2/3 systems and services.Lifecycle management of data‑center systems and devices.Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to design new infrastructure architectures.Participation in technology innovation projects and migration to cloud and virtualization solutions.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in design or operational management of IT infrastructures.Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent training.Experience with data‑center architectures and DCIM systems.Strong knowledge of operating systems: GNU/Linux, macOS, Windows Server, FreeBSD, Solaris.Networking skills: Ethernet, TCP/IP, routing, VPN, firewall.Experience with virtualization and containers (KVM/libvirt, VMware, OpenStack, LXC, Docker).Knowledge of orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.Experience in storage, monitoring, backup and disaster‑recovery.Cyber‑security and directory/authentication expertise (Radius, FreeRadius, Active Directory, LDAP).Familiarity with tools such as NetApp, Ceph, Zabbix, Nagios, Veeam, NGINX, HAProxy, Bind, Zimbra, Wowza.BenefitsImmediate placement in a young, dynamic Talent Hub.Access to the Jumpit Learning Hub with ongoing courses and training.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legn. 215/03 e 216/03.
