As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving market growth within your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise and network, you will build a pipeline of clients, ranging from farmers and distributors to large agricultural enterprises. Your ultimate goal will be to secure long-term partnerships and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Market Development : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities within the agricultural sector. Client Acquisition : Proactively engage with potential clients through networking, trade shows, and strategic outreach. Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company's products effectively. Sales Strategy Execution : Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's goals. Negotiation : Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards. Client Education : Provide product demonstrations and educational support to clients, addressing inquiries and showcasing product benefits. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, market trends, and client interactions, providing regular updates to the management team. Qualifications 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry. Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, including bio-stimulants and crop protection products. Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage. Fluency in English and another European Language (Italian or Spanish). Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working with CRM systems and relevant software tools. Experience selling to the local regions - Italy and Spain.
