Managing and archiving sales and rental documentation. Processing orders and managing deliveries. Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Invoicing and monitoring deadlines. Handling customer relations and providing assistance via email and phone. Collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow. Monitoring order status and inventory levels. Utilizing the Arca management software for data entry and management.RequirementsDiploma or degree in administration, commerce, or related fields. Experience in managing public procurement contracts, preferably in the field of medical device supplies for the public sector. Knowledge of current legislation on public procurement. Preferable familiarity with the Arca management software. Previous experience in back office or administrative roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of the English language. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office).
