We are looking for a passionate IP Specialist to join the Legal Affairs Department, for a maternity cover, based in our Venice (VE) Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to manage a diverse portfolio of intellectual property assets within a dynamic team. Main ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting & Management: Draft and review a wide range of IP-related agreements, including: Endorsement Agreements: Influencer, talent, and brand ambassador contracts. Content Production: Service agreements for content creation and the licensing of related exploitation rights. Consultancy & Partnerships: Consultancy agreements and co-branding contracts. Other specialized IP-related legal contracts. Trademark and Brand Clearance Searches Brand Protection IP LitigationRequirementsMaster’s Degree in Law. A post-graduate specialization or LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law is highly preferred. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation or a top-tier law firm specializing in IP. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, as the role involves managing international contracts and stakeholders.
