We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey and are now looking for our Country finance leader for Italy – a driven and strategic Country Finance Manager who thrives in an international & matricial company, performance‑driven and relationship‑based B2B environment, and is passionate about developing people, business partnering, tackling challenges and delivering results.

About The Position

As a Country Finance Manager within Dometic, you will play a key role as business partner to the Management, actively contributing to the definition of company strategies and the improvement of economic and operational performance. The role will have full responsibility for the Finance function of the Italian operations, ensuring solid administrative processes, high‑quality reporting, and strategic support to both local management and the Group. The position covers 3 legal entities including 2 plants, a warehouse and a sales company, and supports several business units.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the finance team to achieve results while transitioning towards an evolution of processes, greater structure, and a data‑driven culture. Set clear direction, establish goals and expectations, and ensure strong execution.
  • Oversee general accounting, management reporting, and controlling activities.
  • Manage key financial milestones (closings, group reporting, annual budget, forecasts, etc.) ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and high‑quality analysis for both management and the Group.
  • Monitor key financial, operational, and commercial KPIs, with particular attention to product, business line, and customer profitability.
  • Assess overall business performance, supporting Management in identifying critical issues and defining corrective measures.
  • Interface with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning and constructive feedback.

A suitable background

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • 8–10 years of total experience, including at least 3–5 years in Finance Manager or Senior Controller roles in industrial environments.
  • Strong experience in management control, preferably in industrial companies, with focus on cost controlling, profitability analysis, and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent command of Excel and main Business Intelligence tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and good familiarity with Italian accounting standards.
  • Solid experience in budget, forecast, and management reporting processes.
  • Experience with structured ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or equivalents).
  • Good knowledge of English, required for Group interactions.
