In dieser strategisch wie operativ wichtigen Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für dengesamten Markenauftritt und die Handelskommunikation in Italien– von der Strategieentwicklung über die Konzeption bis zurkonkreten Umsetzung gemeinsam mit externen Partnern. Die Aufgaben AlsBrand & Trade Marketing Managersind Sie die zentrale Verbindung zwischen Marketing, Vertrieb und dem internationalen Headquarter. Sie arbeiten aktiv an derStrategiefindungfür den italienischen Markt mit und setzen diese praxisnah und zielgerichtet um – in enger Abstimmung mit internen Teams sowie externen Agenturen, Dienstleistern und Handels-Partnern. Dabei kombinieren Sie analytisches und strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzungskraft: von der Marktanalyse über die Kampagnenplanung bis hin zur Durchführung von Kommunikations- und Handelsmaßnahmen. Ihr Ziel: die Markenbekanntheit steigern, den Abverkauf fördern und das Markenimage langfristig stärken. Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Mitarbeit an derStrategiefindungsowie operative Planung und Umsetzung von Marken- und Trade-Marketing-Aktivitäten Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung der nationalen Marken- und Trade-Marketing-Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der internationalen Markenpositionierung Operative Steuerung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Kommunikationskampagnen (TV, Digital, Social Media, Influencer, PR, POS) Enge operative Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Lieferanten, Druckereien und Media-Partnern Entwicklung und Implementierung von Trade-Marketing-Konzepten und Promotions in Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und Key
