The Food & Beverage Guest Experience Ambassador will report to the Restaurant Manager and she/he will be part of a F&B department. This is a seasonal full time role. Maintain a thorough understanding of all standards Liaising with Event and the restaurant team for special events and occasions Liaising with other departments (F&B, Sales and Front Office) for VIP guests and special celebrations Supply guests with directions and information regarding the restaurant and the hotel Provides support regarding any reasonable task requested by the Management What we’re looking forFluent English and Italian are required Understanding of luxury hospitality F&B operations Experience in the same role in fine dining restaurants would be an advantage A warm, people-oriented demeanor A team-player attitude Positive outlook and dependability Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
