As a security expert, you’ll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro’s next-gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships.What You’ll Do :Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers in ItalyUnderstand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutionsDeliver engaging technical demos and presentationsInfluence customer security strategies through technical leadershipRespond to tenders and deliver product trainingGuide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practicesTravel across Italy for client engagements as neededWhat You’ll Bring :7+ years as a presales / IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focusKnowledge of cybersecurity attack framework (i.e. MITRE&CK) and reports (i.e. OWASP Top 10)Passion for security and solving customer challengesClear communication and confident technical presentingExperience with large enterprise environmentsNice to Have :Experience with Trend Micro technologiesFamiliarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platformsIndustry certifications (CISSP, CIE)At Trend Micro, we embrace change, empower people, and encourage innovation in a connected world.
