That’s why we’re looking for you—a dedicated sales professional with technical expertise, a strong understanding of the market, and the drive to actively build customer relationships on the ground.
About the Role
You’ll identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to a successful close.
You’ll actively manage your sales territory and develop targeted strategies to increase revenue.
You’ll be close to the market: In your role as Sales Manager, you’ll primarily work in the field, visiting potential and existing end customers in person at their locations on at least three out of five workdays per week.
You’ll work closely with colleagues from product development, marketing, and business units to develop customized solutions for our customers.
You’ll use our CRM system to systematically manage and track your sales opportunities.
You’ll monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and contribute your own ideas to further develop our sales approaches.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of complex technical solutions—ideally in mechanical engineering or the automation industryHigh level of self-motivation, strong closing skills, and a customer-focused mindsetExcellent communication and negotiation skillsEnthusiasm for technology and a keen sense of market trends and customer needsWillingness to travel regularly (at least 3 days a week on the road)Fluent in Italian and EnglishWhat
