We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer (Emilia Romagna) , who will be responsible for conducting service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The role involves diagnosing system failures and determining the most cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. May develop new customer service or product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Demonstrates critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. Effective communication, honest listening, and empathy with customers, colleagues, and partners are essential skills. Key Responsibilities : Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance. Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels. Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Key Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or a Secondary School Diploma in Biotech/Technical/Electronic fields; proficiency in English mandatory. At least 5 years of experience in technical service. Willingness to travel (driving license is mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian.
