We are committed to helping create healthier communities worldwide through education, outreach and better access to treatment.Professional development is a core part of our culture; we help employees realize their full potential by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages courage and resilience.The Role & What You Will Be DoingAssist ASR in reviewing PV SOPs and other department’s SOPs for alignment.Directly involved in continuous improvement of local PV procedures and tools, including writing local SOPs, work instructions, job aids and conducting related trainings for other departments.Train and support the PV team and other departments in various PV procedures.Perform local quality and compliance (QC) and reconciliation work; take corrective and preventive actions as needed, including completion of deviation forms (PIFs), tracking, documentation and supporting CAPA plans and continuous improvement work within the PV area.Actively participate in audits and inspections.Collect, assess, process and follow up on incoming ICSR reports for all product types (medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, food and food supplements).Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of written procedures, current legal requirements and internal standards within the PV area for the products in scope.About Your Skills & ExperienceMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific Discipline (MD, biology, pharmacy or similar) and 3+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance activities; a combination of experience and education will be considered.Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English and Italian.Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.Ability to present to groups across the organization.Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, working speed and autonomy; teamwork and cooperation; good relationship‑building and networking; ability to solve problems with complex variables through non‑standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Why Viatris?We offer competitive salaries, benefits, an inclusive environment and excellent career progression opportunities.
