Nel ruolo di Store Manager avrai la responsabilità completa della gestione operativa del negozio e del team, con l’obiettivo di garantire un’eccellente customer experience e il raggiungimento dei risultati di vendita. Le tue principali responsabilità includeranno:Pianificare turni di lavoro e ferie in modo efficace; Motivare, supervisionare e formare il team per costruire un ambiente di lavoro coeso e performante; Monitorare e analizzare i KPI di vendita, implementando strategie mirate per migliorare i risultati; Assicurare l’applicazione impeccabile del modello di servizio al cliente;Coordinare l’allestimento dello store secondo le linee guida di visual merchandising;Gestire con efficienza il magazzino e i flussi di merce; Collaborare attivamente con il District Manager e la sede centrale; Supportare attivamente le vendite e contribuire alla fidelizzazione dei clienti. Il profilo ideale possiede:Minimo 3 anni di esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di Store Manager, idealmente nel settore fashion o retail strutturato. Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; Familiarità con Office 365 e software gestionali di vendita; Forti capacità organizzative e gestionali; Leadership carismatica e attitudine energica; Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali.L’offerta è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi (L.903/77 e L.125/91), nel rispetto della normativa vigente in materia di pari opportunità e inclusione (L.68/99).
