The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the customer in their shopping experience at the sales outlet.
keeping the display space assigned to them tidy, according to company standards
achieving the sales targets assigned.
1.01 Pursues and achieves the turnover objectives required by the company
1.02 Assist the customer assigned to you during the sales phase by guiding them in the purchase according to company standards
1.03 Welcomes and enters into a relationship with the customer who "gravitates" in the area assigned to her
1.04 Collaborates with department colleagues
1.05 Maintains the order and care of the items on display and in the warehouse
1.06 Is responsible for the delegations and tasks assigned by the department heads
1.07 Guarantees that one's image and personal care is in line with company guidelines
1.08 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
1.09 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
