OverviewATM è alla ricerca di un/a Bus Maintenance Contract Engineer per entrare a far parte della Direzione Rolling Stock & Bus Maintenance, nel contesto del nostro ambizioso piano strategico.Siamo un'organizzazione che punta all’eccellenza operativa e al miglioramento continuo dei servizi per i cittadini di Milano.La risorsa, in collaborazione con il Responsabile, si occupa principalmente della gestione dei Contratti di Manutenzione delle flotte di autobus stipulati con Imprese terze.Principali attivitàMonitoraggio dell’esecuzione delle attività da parte delle imprese affidatarie, con verifica della conformità agli obblighi contrattuali in termini di quantità e qualità delle prestazioni erogate, rispetto delle tempistiche e della disponibilità delle flotte per il servizio di trasporto;Sopralluoghi presso i plant in cui si svolgono le attività di manutenzione, con l’obiettivo di valutare gli impatti operativi sull’offerta di trasporto e supportare una gestione efficace dei contratti.Requisiti richiestiLaurea Magistrale in Ingegneria;Preferibile esperienza in settore analogo di almeno 1 anno;Capacità di leggere e interpretare la documentazione tecnica/contrattualistica;Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e software (SAP, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ecc.).Completano il profiloCapacità di lavorare in team e di comunicazione interpersonale;Capacità di gestione dei conflitti nonché proattività e competenze per poter prendere decisioni in modo autonomo;Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di definizione delle priorità.__________________________________Costituiscono titoli preferenziali il possesso dei requisiti di cui all'art. 1 o l'appartenenza alle categorie protette di cui all'art. 18 della legge 68/99.Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dal R.D. 148/1931 e dal CCNL Autoferrotranvieri.
